History
LEGENDS of Heroes & Villains started
in 2005 with a simple school assignment. Nikki Zerga had to come up with an idea for her high school senor project. She decided
that she wanted to learn how to make a comic book. With the help of her younger sister Kristi 'Batz' Zerga, father, Richard
Zerga and his co-worker (now business partner), Noel 'Sapo' Serrato, Nikki created the very first 'Hotaru' comic book titled:
'Hotaru: A Day in the Life'. After
creating 'Hotaru: A Day in the Life' Nikki slowly began to steer away from the comic book world while Batz, Richard and Noel
stuck with it by continuing the Hotaru series and launching LEGENDS of Heroes & Villains and later, LHV Publishing.
What We Do
LEGENDS of Heroes & Villains is an
independent comic book company. We create out own line of comic books and publish them ourselves thru LHV Publishing (owned
by LEGENDS of Heroes & Villains). We also have prints, posters, apparel, bookmarks, accessories, and other merchandise
featuring our original characters or, every so often, fan art.
LEGENDS also specializes in horror
and Halloween masks, props, and puppets, which are made and produced thru Bump in the Night FX, owned by Chuck Jarman. Along
with horror merchandise, LEGENDS also specializes in vintage Star Wars toys.
